But it must be channelled. This is why we have a brand development process that serves as the foundation for what we do. Before we leap feet first into creative development, we learn a brand as best we can. Inside and out. We study our audience and then take aim. It’s not about shooting up the joint or shooting from the hip. It’s about hitting our target. We squint, we aim and we don’t miss.

The first phase we call discovery. We bone up on where a brand has been, where it is going and where it is today. We survey the competitive landscape. We gather customer insights. We cover the waterfront.
 
 


The next step is mulling things over and boiling things down to a compact, portable strategic message. Short. Sweet. To the point. We call this definition.

Passionate Expression Graphic
The third step is heating things up. What we call the passionate expression. We take the messaging ingredients into the kitchen, rattle our pots and pans and stoke our imaginations. There are many ways to serve something up. We’ll explore most of these. Then share with you our creative casseroles and clever concoctions––the dishes that stir our spirits and race our pulses.
 
 


The next phase we call integration. Here, we take our finalized creative expression and blow it out into the most relevant marketing channels. We fill the bill, then we push the envelope.

Then we lean back, relax and watch the fire ignite. But the process doesn’t stop there. We monitor the performance of the message and the media using a variety of online and offline metrics. We ride the flames making mid-course corrections and any necessary tweaks.
